WHAT TO BRING

Full Day Camps

Please provide your child(ren) with the following:

  • Healthy lunch, two snacks, drink(s) and water bottle
  • Change of clothes

Half Day AM/PM Camps

Please provide your child(ren) with the following:

  • Two snacks, drink(s) and water bottle
  • Change of clothes

Please ensure that all food items brought into the facility are completely NUT FREE.

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Please have your athlete come in clothing that allows a full range of motion.
  • Bodysuits, shorts, fitted t-shirts, leggings or athletic pants
  • All jewelry left at home
  • Bare feet are the safest and only accepted footwear in the gym

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Camp withdrawals will be accepted up to one week prior to the start of Camp. Withdrawals after this time will only be accepted for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be provided. The following administrative fees will apply:

  • $20 - Weekly Full Day Camps (per Camp/per person)
  • $10 - Weekly Half Day Camps (per Camp/per person)

Transfers

Transfers will be accepted up to 1 week prior to the start of camp.

Withdrawal/transfer requests received less than 1 week prior to the start of camp will only be considered for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be provided.

SERVICE FEES PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

We reserve the right to cancel camps if minimum numbers are not met.

Camp prices do not include the AGF Membership & Insurance.
